The final destination from the Côte d’Azur trip was Nice which to my surprise was a
really great city. The day we arrived from St. Tropez it was raining so spent
the evening and had a dinner at the Hotel West End which is located at the Promenade
des Anglais. I will be sharing the review of the amazing dinner we had
in my Passion for Hospitality blog shortly. The next morning and the day of our
departure we woke up to the best weather anyone could ask for. After breakfast
we decided to explore the city and visited two museums.
One is the Museum Masséna which
is housed in a villa which was built between 1898 and 1901 on the model of
Italian villas of the First Empire. This museum is located right next to
the Hotel West End. The entrance to the museum is free, which was quite a
surprise. Definitely worth visiting and you can get a better glimpse of the
visit in the up coming Live Your Passion Series. The second museum we visited
was the Musée des Beaux Arts which showcases collections from the 16th
and 17th centuries. This museum was also free to the visitors and
worth a visit while exploring Nice. After walking around the Promenade des
Anglais we decided to enjoy our last hours under the sun over a light
snack. Hope you enjoyed my travels to
